摘　　要：针对饲料调质器检修门挺举式气弹簧布置形式进行了详细分析,通过设计计算、强度校核等理论分析,实现只需确定关键设计参数便可通过Excel表格自动计算、输出气弹簧关键技术参数,完成气弹簧的选型,大大提高了气弹簧选型设计工作效率。The layout form of the clean jerk type air spring for access door of feed conditioner is analyzed in detail.Through the theoretical analysis of design calculation and strength checking,it is realized that the key design parameters can be automatically calculated and the key technical parameters of air spring can be output through excel form to complete the selection of air spring,which greatly improves the efficiency of the selection and design of air spring.
