摘　　要：为明确紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料的发展前景,对紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料加工技术现状、技术优势、饲用价值、对苜蓿干草的可替代性和未来发展前景进行了系统阐述。现有研究已明确以下内容:(1)紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料生产加工工艺已完善,技术已成熟,且被广泛使用;(2)紫花苜蓿裹包青贮技术可大幅降低传统苜蓿干草生产过程中造成的蛋白和干物质损失,产品独立包装,具有保质期长,取用方便,可实现商品化远距离运输的优势;(3)与苜蓿干草相比,紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料粗蛋白含量更高,纤维消化率更高,且可以提高动物采食量,改善乳品质;(4)紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料对苜蓿干草具有可替代性。综合以上研究,认为紫花苜蓿裹包青贮饲料是打破当前奶业发展中面临苜蓿干草短缺瓶颈的有效选择,未来具备广阔的发展前景。In order to clarify the development prospect of alfalfa wrapped silage,the present situation of processing technology,technical advantages,feeding value,substitutability of alfalfa hay and future development prospect of alfalfa wrapped silage are systematically described.The current research has revealed the following:(1)The production and processing technology of alfalfa wrapping package silage has been perfected,the technology is mature,and it is widely used;(2)Alfalfa wrapping package silage technology significantly reduces protein and dry matter losses during conventional alfalfa hay production.The product is individually packaged,which has the advantages of long shelf life,easy access,and commercialized long-distance transportation;(3)Compared with alfalfa hay,alfalfa wrapped silage has higher crude protein content,higher fiber digestibility,and can increase animal feed intake and improve milk quality;(4)Alfalfa wrapping package silage is an alternative to alfalfa hay.Based on the above research,it is concluded that alfalfa wrapping package silage is an effective choice to break the bottleneck of alfalfa hay shortage in the current dairy industry development,and has broad development prospects in the future.
