摘  要:微波消解法具有先进、简洁、快速、方便、溶解完全等优点,应积极推动将微波消解法列为国标饲料质量检测的前处理方法之一。为了探索微波消解前处理技术在饲料质量检测的前处理中的应用,重点研究了饲料取样量对微波消解结果的影响。对于有机物玉米含量较高的配合饲料,当取样量≤0.8 g时不会发生“泄压”现象,当取样量分别为0.9 g或1.0 g时会出现轻微或严重“泄压”。With the advantages of progressiveness,accuracy,rapidity,convenience and complete dissolution,microwave digestion method should be recommended as one of the pretreatment methods for feed quality detection in the corresponding National Standard.This study attempts to explore the application of microwave digestion pretreatment technology in the pretreatment of feed quality detection,and focuses on the influence of feed sampling amount on the results of microwave digestion.For the complete feed with high organic corn content,when the sampling amount is equal to or lower than 0.8 g,no phenomenon of"pressure relief"happens.When the sampling amount is 0.9 g or 1.0 g,the slight or severe phenomenon of"pressure relief"occurs.
