摘　　要：随着“双碳”目标和乡村振兴战略的提出,富含可再生能源的乡村地区综合能源系统规划建设开始提上日程。以上海市浦东新区川沙新镇连民村为例,由国网上海电力公司牵头提出了一套考虑乡村可再生能源资源禀赋的综合能源系统规划方案,并对规划方案进行未来中长期情景分析,验证了该规划方案的合理性和有效性,可以作为样板为全国的美丽乡村建设提供可复制推广的模式参考。With the proposal of the"Double Carbon"goal and rural revitalization strategy,the planning and construction of a comprehensive energy system rich in renewable energy in rural areas began to be put on the agenda.Taking Lianmin Village,Chuansha New Town,Pudong New Area,Shanghai as an example,a comprehensive energy system planning plan considering the endowment of rural renewable energy resources was proposed by State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company.The reasonableness and effectiveness of the planning scheme are verified by the analysis of the medium and long term scenario.It can serve as a model for replicating and promoting the construction of beautiful rural areas nationwide.
