摘  要:在低压配电网中,经常存在三相不平衡问题,这不仅增加了线损,而且威胁了配电网的安全。因此,基于改进的多种群遗传算法(IMPGA),设计了一种适用于低压配电网的家用负荷转移装置。该装置可以通过改变负荷的连接相位来处理三相不平衡问题。它由三部分组成:换相用户控制器、信号处理中央控制器和策略计算监控平台。系统通过远程控制实现换相,实现减小三相不平衡的功能。通过MATLAB进行仿真实验,三组数据集的三相不平衡率分别从24.1%、21.7%、35.2%降到10.4%、11.6%、10.9%,该方法可以通过改变负载的连接相位来降低三相不平衡率,从而证实了该调节策略的可行性。In low voltage distribution networks,there is often a problem of three phase imbalance,which not only increases line losses but also threatens the safety of the distribution network.Therefore,based on the improved Multi Population Genetic Algorithm(IMPGA),a household load transfer device suitable for low voltage distribution networks has been designed.This device can handle three phase imbalance by changing the connection phase of the load.It consists of three parts:commutation user controller,signal processing central controller,and policy calculation monitoring platform.The system achieves commutation through remote control,achieving the function of reducing three phase imbalance.Through MATLAB simulation experiments,the three phase imbalance rates of the three datasets were reduced from 24.1%,21.7%,and 35.2%to 0.4%,11.6%,and 10.9%,respectively.This method can reduce the three phase imbalance rate by changing the connection phase of the load,thus confirming the feasibility of this adjustment strategy.
