摘　　要：数字经济价值观是数字经济发展观念的法哲学抽象,是价值立场的集中表达。在此问题上,不少研究倾向于以经济效率为价值基础塑造中国的数字经济价值观,但是此“效率观”混淆了效率的两种含义,在事实和价值判断上出现双重错误,存在一定的理论缺陷和实践风险。数字经济价值观的理论构建必须坚持中国实践立场,在共同富裕的发展战略下展开,积极回应新时代发展对数字经济的价值诉求,并能够为其健康发展提供正确的价值引领。据此展开的实践性考察表明,经济不平等是构建数字经济价值观的现实出发点,公平正义是价值支点,政府是最适宜的主体,由此决定了推动型经济正义才是该当之选。在推动型经济正义的理论框架内,实践性和主体性是其理论品质,自由、平等和尊严是其价值内核,极大地丰富和扩展了数字经济时代的权利种类和内容体系。推动型经济正义的实践展开,需要政府以实际行动切实防止贫富分化,同时要以实践理性引领、塑造市场道德责任和科技向善责任。ion of the conception of digital economy and the concentrated expression of the value position.Many studies tend to shape China's digital economic value with economic efficiency.However,the “efficiency conception”confuses the two meanings of efficiency,and has serious theoretical flaws and practical risks.Digital economic value must be based on China's practical standpoint and be carried out under the development strategy of common prosperity.It must actively respond to the value demands of the times,and can provide correct value guidance for the healthy development of digital economy.The practical investigation shows promotion-oriented economic justice is the right choice.Within its theoretical framework,practicality and subjectivity are its theoretical qualities,and freedom,equality and dignity are its core values,which greatly enrich and expand the rights types and content system.It requires the government to reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,and shape the moral responsibility of the market and the responsibility of science and technology for good.
