摘 要:提升管理学课程思政建设内涵不仅是新时代商科专业教育发展的必然要求,也是贯彻落实新时代教育方针和立德树人根本任务、提升学生思想政治素质和管理职业素养的重要举措。管理学课程思政要注重和中国情境相结合,培养学生的“系统、辩证、权变、协同、人本、创新”等核心管理思想,多方面挖掘课程思政元素及融入途径,赋予管理学课程教学新的方向和新的使命,培养学生树立正确的管理思想,实现立德树人、铸魂育人的管理学课程思政教学目标。The connotation development in enhancing the ideological and political education in all courses(IPEAC)in the course of Management is not only the demand of the development of business education program in the new era,but also a significant measure for implementing the national educational principles and morality education and for boosting students'ideological,political and professional competencies.The IPEAC in the courses of Management must consider the Chinese context in embodying the core management ideas of system,dialectics,contingency,coordination,humanism,innovation,and others.The courses of Management should acquire their new orientation and missions by excavating the elements of IPEAC and the approaches to their integration with the professional instruction so as to help students establish correct management ideas and realize the goal of morality education.
