摘　　要：将某商业综合体项目5层屋面设置为双曲椭圆球体曲面玻璃穹顶,依据初始施工图设计文件建立BIM模型,结合施工条件,深化混凝土结构和钢结构,通过优化玻璃安装节点、调整分隔缝,进行曲面校正和复核,并采用广联达进行可视化施工交底,最后根据混凝土结构检验BIM模型深化设计是否达到最优,特别是在玻璃板块设计中,将68块双曲面玻璃优化为125块折线形平板玻璃+7块曲面玻璃,在取得较接近的外形效果前提下,保障建筑效果,提升施工质量,有效推进施工进度。A hyperbolic ellipsoid curved glass dome is set on the five-layer roof of a commercial complex project.BIM model is established according to the initial construction drawing design document.Combined with the construction conditions,the concrete and steel structure were deepened,the glass installation was optimized,the separation joint was adjusted,the curved glass and the glass installation nodes were optimized,and the curved surface correction and review were carried out.Glodon software was used for visual construction disclosure.Finally,the BIM model deepening design optimization was examined in accordance with the results of concrete structure,especially in the design of glass plate,the initial 68 pieces of hyperbolic glass are optimized to 125 pieces of folded linear flat glass+seven pieces of curved glass,which has not only guaranteed the construction effect,improved the construction quality,but also promoted the construction progress under the premise of obtaining a closer appearance effect.
