摘  要:在新疆某引水工程某隧道施工过程中,针对TBM在掘进不良地质时,围岩大变形、掌子面坍塌导致的卡机问题,提出基于边滚刀外移的TBM刀盘结构扩径改造方案。设计添加垫块的边滚刀超挖刀座,并对其结构进行有限元仿真,结果表明超挖楔块与刀轴接触面所受应力过大,超出楔块材料的许用屈服强度。依据仿真结果,对超挖刀座中的不合理零件进行结构改进,改进后最大应力下降32.5%,最大变形下降67.1%,整体受力状况得到改善。During the construction of a tunnel in a drinking water project in xinjiang,a TBM cutter head structure expansion plan based on outward movement of edge hobbing cutter was put forward for the problem of machine jam caused by large deformation of surrounding rock and collapse of the tunnel face when TBM is tunneling in poor geological conditions.Specifically designed the side hob super⁃digging tool holder based on the form of added pads,and performed the finite element simulation of its structure.The results show that the stress on the contact surface of the over⁃excavated wedge and the cutter shaft is too large,which exceeds the allowable yield strength of the wedge material.According to the simulation results,the structure of the unreasonable parts in the super⁃digging tool holder was improved,and the maximum stress after the improvement was reduced by 32􀆰5%,the maximum deformation was reduced by 67􀆰1%,and the overall force condition was improved as well.
