摘　　要：为引导我国科研成果在国内高质量农林期刊上首发,提高中国科技期刊的学术话语权和国际影响力,在回顾2016-2022年中国科协优秀科技论文遴选活动的基础上,以农林集群入选的70篇论文为研究对象,从发表时间、研究方向、来源期刊、基金资助情况、作者及所属机构等方面对论文的特征进行分析,并从结果中探寻活动开展对科研人员、期刊编辑和活动组织者的启示。研究表明,论文发表时间横跨2012-2021年,2014年发表的论文入选最多;农业基础学科入选论文明显多于其他学科,水产、渔业学科入选文章较少且亮点不够突出;应用研究型论文的占比超过50%;入选论文刊载在具有较高影响力的国内或国际23种期刊上,中国新创英文科技期刊表现突出;基金支持论文占比98.6%;篇均作者数量7.51位,小规模的团队合作较多;中国农业科学院和中国农业大学等综合性农业科研院所和高校是优秀论文的主要产出机构。由以上分析认为,农林领域科研人员应关注热点选题、重视团队合作开展研究,期刊编辑应立足国家重大需求、组织专栏专刊、重视长期研究的选题组稿,建议活动组织者进一步扩大活动影响力、优化遴选方案,三方合力促进更多具备重大影响力的原创性优秀论文发表在国内农林领域科技期刊上。The paper aims to guide domestic science and technology research achievements to be published in high-quality agricultural and forestry journals in China,and improve the discourse power and international influence of Chinese academic journals.On the basis of the selection of excellent scientific papers of the China Association for Science and Technology(CAST)from 2016 to 2022,70 papers selected from the agriculture and forestry cluster were taken as the research objects,and the characteristics of these papers were analyzed from the aspects of publishing time,research direction,source journals,funding,authors and affiliated institutions.In addition,the enlightenment of the selection on researchers,editors and organizers was explored from the results.The results showed that the papers selected were published from 2012 to 2021,and the papers published in 2014 were the most in the final list.The selected papers of agricultural basic sulject are significantly more than those of other disciplines,and the selected papers of aquatic and fishery disciplines are few and the highlights are not prominent enough.The proportion of applied research papers is more than 50%.The selected papers are published in 23 journals with greater domestic or international influence,and newly English academic journals are outstanding.Fund-supported papers account for 98.6%.Small-scale team cooperation is relatively more,with an average number of 7.51 authors for the selected papers.Comprehensive agricultural research institutes and universities,such as the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the China Agricultural University are the main output institutions of selected papers.According to the above analysis,researchers in the field of agriculture and forestry should pay attention to hot topics and teamwork to carry out research.Editors should attach more importance to solicit contributions for special columns based on the major national needs,and timely follow long-term trial topics.It is suggested that the organizers should further
