关于数字科普适老化的问题与建议

摘　　要：当前,我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,老龄群体科学素质普遍偏低、科普需求旺盛的现状愈加不容忽视。信息时代运用数字技术做好面向老龄群体的科普工作,是解决这一问题的必要及有效手段。本文从国家战略实施、全民科学素质提升、科普信息化、科普资源均等化方面的需要出发,阐明当前形势下推进数字科普适老化的必要与紧迫性,分析这一工作过程中存在的老龄群体面临“数字鸿沟”及信息风险、科普需求未被充分重视、科普资源供给不足、适老化数字科普工作人才匮乏等问题,并从助力老龄群体无障碍走入数字化时代、提升科普辟谣与反诈工作水平、打造面向老龄群体的数字化传播矩阵、重视数字科普内容适老化开发、壮大数字科普适老化工作力量等方面提出相关对策建议。At present,the aging of China's population is deepening,and the current situation that the scientific quality of the elderly groups is generally low and the demand for science popularization is strong cannot be ignored.The better use of digital technology in the information age to do a good job of science popularization for the elderly is a necessary and effective means to solve this problem.This paper clarifies the necessity and urgency of promoting digital science popularization for the aging in the current situation from the needs of national strategy implementation,national science quality improvement,science popularization informationization and equalization of science popularization resources.In the process of this work,the problems of"digital divide"and information risks faced by the elderly groups,insufficient attention to the demand for science popularization,insufficient supply of science popularization resources,and lack of talents for age-appropriate digital science popularization work are analyzed,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in terms of helping the elderly groups to enter the digital era without barriers,improving the level of science popularization disinformation and anti-white work focus,creating a digital communication matrix for the elderly groups,attaching importance to the age-appropriate development of digital science popularization content,and increasing the strength of age-appropriate digital science popularization work.
