摘 要:潜孔冲击高压喷射注浆技术是一种可应用于沿海抛石填土地层的新技术,将潜孔锤技术与高压喷射技术有机结合,形成垂直度好、直径大、强度高的水泥土桩。通过深圳妈湾跨海通道地基处理工程的应用,进一步探讨了该技术在沿海抛石填海地层、淤泥层、密实中砂层等复杂地层的适用性,最后通过地基处理效果检验,证明该工艺在上述复杂地层中能顺利成孔并同心无损植入管桩,成桩质量好、承载力高、施工工效高、造价低、绿色环保。DTH impact high-pressure jet grouting technology is a new technology that can be applied to coastal riprap fill strata.It combines DTH hammer technology with high-pressure jet technology to form cement-soil piles with good verticality,large diameter and high strength.The applicability of this technology in complex strata such as coastal riprap reclamation strata,silt layer and dense medium sand layer is further discussed through the application of foundation treatment project of Shenzhen Mawan Cross-sea Passage.Finally,it is proved through the test of foundation treatment effect that this technology,which is characterized by good pile quality,high bearing capacity,high construction efficiency,low cost,and eco-friendliness,can successfully form holes in the abovementioned complex strata and implant pipe piles concentrically and nondestructively.
