摘 要:为解决高渗透、高液化、软土地质及复杂周边环境条件下深基坑支护体系的选择、六管盾构隧道待穿区桩基布置、底板结构体系选择、深基坑施工安全控制、结构施工期间盾构穿越对结构的影响等难题,开展系列关键技术研究。通过合理规划和高效运作,使用便于盾构穿越地下连续墙构造技术、深基坑循环利用围护施工技术、跨越地铁多隧道的桩基结构、多隧道下穿建筑转换结构施工技术、地铁盾构穿越结构安全控制关键技术等,解决了软土地区六管隧道待穿区深基坑施工和结构安全控制的诸多难题,高效保证了工程的顺利进行,为地铁盾构穿越施工提供了便利。A series of key technologies are studied to solve the problems such as the selection of deep foundation excavation support system under high permeability,high liquefaction,soft soil geology and complex surrounding environment conditions,the arrangement of pile foundation in the waiting area of six-tube shield tunnel,the selection of floor structure system,the safety control of deep foundation excavation construction,and the influence of shield crossing on the structure during structural construction.Through reasonable planning and efficient operation,the innovative use of the construction technology for shield tunneling through underground continuous wall,the construction technology of deep foundation excavation recycling enclosure,the pile foundation structure across multiple subway tunnels,the construction technology of multi-tunnel underpass building conversion structure,and the key technology of subway shield crossing structure safety,etc.,has solved many problems in deep foundation excavation construction and structural safety control in the area to be penetrated by six-tube tunnel in soft soil area.It effectively ensured the smooth progress of the project,and provided convenience for subway shield crossing construction.
