摘 要:跨襄阳北编组站为齿轮齿轨式多点支承转体斜拉桥,滑道的平顺性是多点支承转体施工的重要因素之一,为研究滑道不平顺对多点支承转体系统受力和转动稳定性的影响,通过大比例转体模型试验,探讨了滑道不平顺对承力支腿应力、球铰应力、转动牵引力、主梁位移和扭转的影响。研究结果表明:随着滑道不平顺度的增大,应力变化规律基本不发生改变,而承力支腿的应力变化率随之增大,桥梁转动稳定性逐渐降低;当承力支腿经过不平顺滑道时,上、下球铰应力变化率基本在±5%范围内发生波动,球铰应力受滑道不平顺影响较小;随着滑道不平顺度的增大,转动所需的牵引力和主梁竖向幅值逐渐增大,而滑道不平顺对主梁扭转和主梁应力影响较小。The Cross-Xiangyang North Marshalling Station is a gear-track multi-point support swivel cable-stayed bridge,and the smoothness of slideway is an important control factor in the swivel construction of multi-point support rotating bridge.To investigate the influence of slideway unsmoothness on the force and swivel stability of multi-point supporting system,a large scale model test was carried out,and the influence of slideway unsmoothness on the stress of supporting leg,spherical hinge,swivel traction force and displacement and torsion of main beam were discussed.The results show that with the increase of the slideway unsmoothness,the stress change law change barely,but the stress change rate of supporting leg increases,and the swivel stability of bridge decreases gradually.When the support leg passes through the non-smooth slideway,the stress change rate of upper and lower spherical hinge fluctuates within±5%,and the spherical hinge stress is less affected by the non-smooth slideway.With the increase of the slideway roughness,the traction force and vertical vibration amplitude of the main beam increase gradually,while the slideway roughness has little influence on the torsion of the main beam.
