摘  要:中途测试通井管柱、刮削管柱、试油测试管柱受裸眼段限制,试油难度不断加大;同时,中途测试施工时存在裸眼段井眼易垮塌、泥浆容易沉淀、替液压力高等难点。在分析中途测试工艺现状基础上,针对KT1井裸眼地层测试的技术难点,提出了对该井进行完整性分析、优选井下工具、校核管柱强度及采取替液保障措施的技术对策。该井测试管柱采用加强型Champ-Ⅴ封隔器及E型替液阀,RDS循环阀、RD循环阀组合使用,优选“四阀一封”坐套测裸测试工艺,采用二开二关工作制度,工艺成功,取全取准了测试地质资料。该技术为同类高温高压超深井中途测试提供了技术借鉴。Drill stem test(DST)is challenged by the limitations of open-hole to drifting string,scraping string and oil testing string.Moreover,it faces the risks such as collapse of open-hole section,settling of slurry,and high displacement pressure.Based on the analysis of existing DST technologies,this paper proposes the technical solutions to open-hole testing in Well KT1,including integrity analysis,selection of optimal downhole tools,verification of string strength,and adoption of measures to ensure displacement fluid.Ultimately,this well was tested using the four-valve one packer open-hole testing technology consisting of a reinforced Champ-V packer,an E-type displacement fluid valve,and the combination of RDS and RD circulating valves,with the support of two-open and two-close working system.The successful application of this technology enabled the accurate acquisition of complete geological data.This technology provides a reference for DST of similar ultra-deep,high-temperature and high-pressure wells.
