摘  要:贵州省江口—都格高速公路瓮安—开阳段(简称"瓮开高速")开州湖特大桥为主跨1100m双塔单跨钢桁梁悬索桥,大桥位于贵州山区,施工场地受限,仅单侧可布置钢桁梁预拼场,为快速吊装其大吨位钢桁梁节段,需要研究确定总集中荷载为250t的缆索起重机单侧架梁方案。介绍了250t缆索起重机的结构组成、分析计算方法及计算结果,并分析了缆索起重机主要结构安装关键技术。计算及应用表明,该种缆索起重机技术上完全可行,优势突出,完美解决了山区地形复杂条件下单侧架设1100m跨径悬索桥大吨位钢桁梁的难题。Kaizhou Lake Grand Bridge at the Weng’an-Kaiyang section of Jiangkou-Duge Expressway in Guizhou Province has a main span of 1100m,a double tower single span steel truss girder suspension bridge.The bridge is located in the mountainous area of Guizhou Province,with limited construction site.Only one side of the steel truss girder prefabrication yard can be arranged.In order to quickly lift its large tonnage steel truss girder section,it is necessary to study and determine a cable crane single side girder erection scheme with a total concentrated load of 250t.This paper introduces the structural composition,analysis and calculation methods,and calculation results of a 250t cable crane,and analyzes the key technologies for the installation of the main structure of the cable crane.The calculation and application show that this type of cable crane is fully feasible in technology and has outstanding advantages,which perfectly solves the problem of erecting a large tonnage steel truss beam of a 1100m span suspension bridge on one side under complex terrain conditions in mountainous areas.
