摘  要:针对公路桥梁墩身混凝土损伤的工程现象,以福建省某公路大桥桥墩墩身混凝土强度不足需维修处治为例,提出了桥墩顶升修复的设计方案和施工方法。首先通过对原柱顶缺陷段混凝土进行整体顶升并凿除更换,使墩柱混凝土强度满足设计要求,并且保证对原桥梁结构不产生不利影响。其次,根据施工工艺对原桥及施工支架进行有限元分析,验算结果表明,修复后原桥盖梁、上部结构和其他墩柱符合安全性要求,且施工支架的各项指标满足相关规范要求。工程实践表明,该混凝土桥墩顶升修复施工工艺可满足原桥盖梁、上部结构和其他墩柱的结构安全要求。In view of the engineering phenomenon of highway bridge pier concrete damage,this paper takes the insufficient concrete strength of a highway bridge pier in Fujian Province as an example,and puts forward the design scheme and construction method of pier jacking repair.Firstly,through the integral lifting and chiseling replacement of the concrete in the defect section of the original column top,the strength of the pier concrete meets the design requirements,and ensures that the original bridge structure does not have adverse effects.Secondly,the overall calculation and local checking of the original bridge structure and temporary support are carried out to ensure the structural safety of the original bridge cover beam,the superstructure and other piers.At the same time,the strength,stiffness and stability of the construction support also need to meet the requirements of the current specification.The adopted construction technology meets the structural safety requirements of the original bridge cover beam,superstructure and other piers.
