摘　　要：结合重庆江北机场第二跑道改造工程特点,研究了基于机场不停航条件下跑道基础加固及检测、旧板快速破除和邻板保护、修复材料筛选及配合比设计、新旧板块接坡、快干早强混凝土快速摊铺、养护切缝刻槽等关键技术,通过研究与实践,系统总结了成套的施工工艺要求、关键技术参数、质量控制标准,有效解决了快速整体换板施工组织要求精细、施工周期短、安全质量风险大等复杂难题,实现了机场不停航跑道道面板快速整体换板。Combined with the engineering characteristics of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport runway reconstruction engineering,based on keeping running airport,this paper studies runway foundation reinforcement and testing,quick integral replacement and adjacent panel protection,replacing material and mix,joint between old and new panel,quick construction of rapid dry and early strong concrete,curing and cutting groove and so on.Through research and practice,this paper summarizes complete set of construction technology requirements,key technical parameters,quality control points,which effectively solves the complex problems such as fine construction organization,short construction period,high risks in safety and quality,and opens up a precedent for the quick integral replacement of runway panel keeping running airport.
