摘 要:当前空调系统制冷剂替代工作正在进行中,R290(丙烷)作为碳氢制冷剂,受到行业的广泛关注和追捧,我国也已经将其看作长期替代工质,给予了政策上的倾斜。主要介绍了R290制冷剂在最新的国标中,制冷剂充注量上的变化,通过举例来进一步阐述新标准如何计算制冷剂充注量和最小循环风量。然后基于一款1.5 HP R32 APF1变频空调系统,以试验的方式,对比了当该系统的制冷剂从R32切换到R290后,制冷剂充注量和空调系统APF性能变化。最终,结合R290制冷剂的特点,对今后系统的开发提出了目标和展望。During the progress of refrigerant alternative.R290(propane)as a hydrocarbon refrigerant used in Room Air Condition(RAC)has been widely concerned.China has also regarded it as a long-term alternative substance,and also given preferential policies.Introduces the change of R290 refrigerant charge in the latest national standard,through the example,the paper further introduces how to calculate R290 Refrigerant charge and the minimum circulating air volume in the new national standard.Then,based on a 1.5 HP R32 APF1 DC INV.RAC system,finished the contrast test when the RAC system changes the refrigerant charge from the R32 to R290 and analyzed the performance results of the whole air conditioner.Finally,combined with the characteristics of R290 refrigerant,the goals and prospects of the future system development are put forward.
