摘 要:热胀冷缩是工程材料的普遍性能,空调器由于温度变化而引起的构件长度以及体积变化,可能导致空调器发生故障。如空调内部的齿轮运动机构,因温差引起的不均匀热变形而卡死,或造成过大的间隙,从而打滑无法传动,丧失其功能。亦或者空调外部的导风板运动机构,受热变形顶住面框,无法导风。而其中最棘手的问题,就是热胀冷缩导致的异响问题,是空调行业的难点。从热胀冷缩原理入手,通过利用尺寸链分析优化结构设计、控制逻辑、材料优化、生产工艺等方面进行深入研究,从理论设计上优化以及实际应用中解决空调内机的热胀冷缩异响问题。Thermal expansion and contraction are common properties of engineering materials.The change of component length and volume caused by temperature change may lead to air conditioner failure.Such as the air-conditioning internal gear movement mechanism,due to temperature difference caused by uneven thermal deformation and stuck,or caused by excessive clearance,so skidding unable to drive,loss of its function.Or the air-conditioning outside the guide plate movement mechanism,heat deformation against the face frame,unable to guide the wind.And among them the most difficult problem,is the problem of abnormal sound caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction,is the difficulty of the air conditioning industry.Based on the principle of thermal expansion and contraction,the optimization of structure design,control logic,material optimization and production process are studied by using dimension chain analysis,the problem of heat expansion and cold contraction of the air conditioner is solved by optimizing the theoretical design and practical application.
