摘 要:全氧燃烧所产生的烟气主要为CO_(2)和H_(2)O,与空气助燃相比能大幅减少NO_(X)的排放,但其液面的结构水分含量较大,极易产生泡沫影响熔化质量,消泡是提高全氧燃烧窑炉熔化质量的一项重要技术。通过研究全氧燃烧的特点及泡沫产生的原因,在不影响玻璃液料性的前提下采用化学反应的方式破坏泡沫表面张力,以达到消泡的效果,有效解决泡界线不明显、澄清区镜面不明显等问题,不影响生产工艺的同时提高窑炉的熔化质量。The flue gas produced by oxy-fuel combustion is mainly CO_(2) and H_(2)O,which can greatly reduce NO_(X) emissions compared with air-assisted combustion,but its liquid level has a large structural moisture content,which is easy to produce foam and aflect the melting quality,and defoaming is an important technology to improve the melting quality of oxy-fuel combustion kilns.By studying the characteristics of oxy-fuel combustion and the causes of foam,chemical reactions are used to destroy the surface tension of the foam under the premise of not affecting the liquid glass material,so as to achieve the effect of defoaming,effectively solve the problems of inconspicuous bubble boundary and inconspicuous mirror surface in the clarification zone,and improve the melting quality ofthe kiln while not affecting the production process.
