摘　　要：随着农村市场化改革的持续推进,一批乡村企业得以快速发展。认识企业在农村社会治理共同体建设中的角色及其行为,需要结合乡村社会结构进行分析。因为乡村企业的发展需要嵌入地方社会,通过与其他多元利益主体进行频繁互动以汲取各种生长资源。研究发现,协同共治是企业参与社会治理所扮演的主要角色,这构成理解企业在社会治理共同体建设中行为逻辑的重要理论视角。乡村企业在构建多元复杂关系网络的过程中积极参加基层公共设施建设、公共服务供给与公共秩序维持等活动。这既是企业扎根乡村获取声誉、拓展自主发展空间的基本策略,又是其参与社会治理共同体建设的主要路径。乡村企业经营行为与治理行为的有机统一,使其能够长期且稳定地协同其他治理主体共同治理农村社会,并取得良好的治理效果。With the continuous promotion of rural market-oriented reforms,a number of rural enterprises have been able to develop rapidly.To understand the role and behavior of enterprises in the construction of rural social governance community,we need to analyze it in combination with the rural social structure.Because the development of rural enterprises needs to be embedded in the local society and absorb various growth resources through frequent interaction with other multi stakeholder.The research finds that collaborative governance is the main role of enterprises in social governance,which constitutes an important theoretical perspective to understand the behavioral logic of enterprises in the construction of social governance community.In the process of building a diversified and complex relationship network,rural enterprises actively participate in grass-roots public facilities construction,public service supply and public order maintenance.This is not only the basic strategy for enterprises to take root in the countryside to gain reputation and expand independent development space,but also the main path for them to participate in the construction of social governance community.The organic unity of management behavior and governance behavior of rural enterprises enables them to cooperate with other governance subjects to govern rural society in a long-term and stable manner and achieve good governance results.
