摘 要:为实现鱼油废液的高效利用及高附加值胆固醇的生产,收集了不同地区、不同厂家的鱼油废液,对其皂化值、酸值、干燥失重、黏度、灼烧残渣等基本参数进行比较,并采用超声萃取-比色法和高效液相色谱法测定了胆固醇含量.研究表明:不同来源鱼油废液中的基本参数均有差别,其胆固醇的质量分数(2.36%~10.03%),与过去常用的羊毛脂原料中胆固醇的质量分数(10%~20%)不同,胆固醇含量检测及提取也与从羊毛脂中提取胆固醇的惯用方法不同.进一步研究发现,用比色法测得的同一样品胆固醇含量高于高效液相色谱法.The basic parameters,such as saponification value,acid value,dry weight loss,viscosity,burning residue of a series of fish oil residue collected from different places and factories were compared.Cholesterol content was also determined by ultrasonic extraction-colorimetric and high-performance liquid chromatography methods.The results showed that the basic parameters of fish oil residue from different sources are different.Its cholesterol content(2.36%-10.03%)is different from the common lanolin raw material with cholesterol(10%-20%).The detection and extraction of cholesterol from fish oil residue are also different with the conventional method of cholesterol extraction from lanolin.The cholesterol content measured by colorimetric method in the same sample was higher than that of high-performance liquid chromatography.
