摘　　要：推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化是我国实现社会主义现代化强国的重要议题。党的十九届四中全会和二十大召开以来,学界就新时代国家治理现代化的时代方位、制度优势和实践方略展开了多方面的研究,共识性成果丰硕。总结梳理这些研究成果,不仅有助于帮助我们厘清新形势下国家治理现代化的重点难点问题,而且可以从多元视角审视我国国家治理现代化推进的目标、方向和现实举措,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有益的理论思考。Promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity is an important issue for China to become a great modern socialist country.Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC and the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the academic circle has conducted much research on the era orientation,institutional advantages and practical strategies of the modernization of national governance in the new era,with fruitful consensus results.Summarizing these research results will not only help us clarify the key and difficult issues in the modernization of national governance under the new situation.Moreover,it can examine the target,direction and practical measures for the modernization of national governance in China from multiple perspectives,and provide useful theoretical thinking for the comprehensive construction of a modernized socialist country.
