摘  要:为了开发出高性能物流封箱装置封装用胶粘剂,研究了单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、衣康酸(MEA)、马来酸酐(MAH)和交联改性甲基丙烯酸/丙烯酸(MAA/AA)对胶粘剂试样剥离强度、耐焊性、耐水性和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,单体改性胶粘剂试样的耐焊性都为100%,不同MAH含量改性的胶粘剂试样具有较高的剥离强度,但吸湿率较高。虽然混合交联改性的包封样和胶膜样剥离强度不如MEA改性胶粘剂试样,但吸湿率明显降低。混合交联改性的包封样和胶膜样剥离强度要高于MAA和MAH改性的胶粘剂试样,吸湿率与后者相当或者略低。相较未改性AA胶粘剂试样,混合交联改性胶粘剂试样的初始分解温度、最大斜率分解温度提升,玻璃化转变温度降低。In order to develop a high-performance adhesive for packaging logistics box sealing devices,the effects of monomers such as methacrylic acid(MAA),itaconic acid(MEA),maleic anhydride(MAH)and cross-linked modified methacrylic acid/acrylic acid(MAA/AA)on the peel strength,welding resistance,water resistance and heat resistance of adhesive samples were studied.The results show that the solderability of the monomer modified adhesive samples is 100%,and the adhesive samples modified with different MAH content have higher peel strength,but higher moisture absorption.Although the peel strength of the encapsulated sample and adhesive film sample modified by mixed crosslinking is lower than that of the MEA modified adhesive sample,the moisture absorption rate is significantly lower.The peel strength of the encapsulated sample and adhesive film sample modified by mixed crosslinking is higher than that of the adhesive sample modified by MAA and MAH,and the moisture absorption rate is equal to or slightly lower than that of the latter.Compared with the unmodified AA adhesive sample,the initial decomposition temperature and maximum slope decomposition temperature of the mixed cross-linked modified adhesive sample increase,and the glass transition temperature decreases.
