摘  要:传统的线订与平订图书装订技术已经逐步被热熔胶无线装订技术所取代,后者也逐步成为该领域的主流技术。将SBS和EVA热熔胶进行物理混合改性,然后对掺入热熔胶、添加剂的关系展开深入的分析,进而得出改性EVA热熔胶不同组分的最佳比例。随SBS掺入量的增加,热熔胶抗拉强度、软化点逐步提高,相应的邵氏硬度不断的下降,于是剥离强度呈现出先增后减的特征。结果表明,SBS的最佳添加量为20%。对这种性能出色的改性EVA热熔胶进行制备,可以更好地用于图书装订中。The traditional bookbinding technology of thread binding and flat binding has been gradually replaced by the hot-melt adhesive wireless binding technology,which has gradually become the mainstream technology in this field.EVA hot melt adhesive and SBS were modified by physical blending,and the relationship between different additives and hot melt adhesive was analyzed,and then the optimum ratio of different components of modified EVA hot melt adhesive was summarized.With the increase of SBS content,the softening point and tensile strength of hot melt adhesive increased gradually,shore hardness gradually decreased andthe peel strength increased first and then decreased.The experiment finally determined that the best amount of SBS was 20%,and then prepared this kind of modified EVA hot-melt adhesive with excellent performance,which could be better used in book binding.
