环氧乙烷灭菌化学指示胶带变色原因监测分析

摘　　要：化学指示胶带是专用于压力蒸汽灭菌效果的包外化学检测用品,在对环氧乙烷化灭菌效果进行监测的过程中。但是,在应用中可能出现胶带变色的问题,进而影响到灭菌监测效果。通过调查发现,经环氧乙烷灭菌的灭菌包裹中,存在一定的化学指示胶带变色不良情况。统计相关的原因,包括受潮、化学指示胶带质量不合格、包装不规范、长期光照、温度过高、电离辐射等多个不同的类型。针对存在的问题,制定了针对性的干预措施并予以实施。实施结果表明,干预后的指示胶带变色不合格率明显降低。Chemical indicator tape is an out-of-package chemical detection product specially used for the effect of pressure steam sterilization.In the process of monitoring the sterilization effect of ethylene oxide,chemical indicator tape is widely used.However,in the application,it may be affected by certain reasons,and the problem of poor discoloration of the tape may occur,which in turn affects the sterilization monitoring effect.It was found through investigation that in the sterilization package sterilized by ethylene oxide mold,there was a certain degree of poor discoloration of the chemical indicator tape.Statistically related reasons include moisture,chemical indicator tape quality unqualified,irregular packaging,long-term light,high temperature,ionizing radiation and other different types.In view of the existing problems,targeted intervention measures have been formulated and implemented.It was observed that the discoloration failure rate of the indicator tape after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention.
