摘 要:临床麻醉处理过程中经常需要使用麻醉面罩,麻醉面罩的密封性会直接影响到麻醉质量。密封气垫会对麻醉面罩的密封性乃至后续麻醉效果产生重要影响,积极选择合适的气垫材料以提高麻醉面罩的密封效果十分必要。针对麻醉面罩的基本结构,并结合临床应用的需求,进行分析密封气垫的特点、热塑性高分子材料的麻醉面罩密封气垫性能,应用聚氯乙烯(PVC)糊树脂与有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂制备用于麻醉面罩气垫的软质PVC抗菌材料,验证了相关材料在抗菌、力学等方面的性能,证明其具备一定的临床应用可行性。Anesthesia masks are often used in clinical anesthesia treatment,and the sealing of anesthesia masks directly affects the quality of anesthesia.Among them,sealing air cushions will have a significant impact on the sealing and even subsequent anesthesia effects of anesthesia masks.It is necessary to actively choose appropriate air cushion materials to improve the sealing effect of anesthesia masks.The basic structure of anesthesia masks was analyzed,and the characteristics of sealing air cushions were analyzed based on clinical application needs.Afterwards,a detailed analysis was conducted on the sealing air cushion performance of thermoplastic polymer materials for anesthesia masks.Through certain experiments,a soft PVC antibacterial material was prepared using PVC paste resin and organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial agent for anesthesia mask air cushion.The performance of the relevant materials in antibacterial,mechanical,and other aspects was verified through experiments,proving its clinical feasibility.
