透明质酸凝胶涂敷粘附牙周应用效果比较

摘　　要：探讨透明质酸凝胶涂敷粘附治疗牙周炎中的应用效果与安全性。对照组实施常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,联合实施牙周袋透明质酸凝胶给药治疗;观察2组治疗前后的牙周指标和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,统计2组治疗有效率与不良反应发生率并进行组间比较。结果表明:治疗前2组牙周各项指标检测结果与VEGF、CRP水平检测结果组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的PD、BI、CAL、VEGF与CRP检测水平均低于同一时间点对照组检测结果,且经检验差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.29%,较对照组的71.43%存在明显优势,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率为2.86%,高于对照组的1.43%,但经检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在常规治疗基础上,对其联合实施透明质酸凝胶涂敷粘附治疗效果显著,且无明显不良反应,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。To investigate the application effect and safety of hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of periodontitis.The control group was given routine basic treatment,and the observation group was given periodontal pocket hyaluronic acid gel administration on the basis of the control group.The periodontal indexes,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)levels before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the treatment efficacy and adverse response rate were compared between two groups.Results showed that,there was no significant difference of periodontal indexes,VEGF and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PD,BI,CAL,VEGF and CRP in the observation group were lower than that of the control group at the same time point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was obviously superior to 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.86%,which was higher than 1.43%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).On the basis of conventional treatment,the combined treatment of periodontitis patients with hyaluronic acid gel has a significant effect,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective treatment plan.
