摘　　要：为探究可注射水凝胶止血材料在患者手术中的应用效果,在采用的NSC/OHA水凝胶止血材料制备方法和基本性能基础上,研究腹部肿瘤手术患者应用NSC/OHA水凝胶止血材料的应用效果,并与采用传统缝合止血的进行对比。结果表明,NSC/OHA水凝胶止血材料具有良好的粘附性能和抗菌能力;临床应用方面,在术后出血和感染方面与传统止血组都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。这表明采用的NSC/OHA水凝胶止血材料可减轻手术患者术后出血率,具有一定的临床应用价值。In order to explore the hemostatic application effect of injectable hemostatic hydrogel materials in surgery,based on the preparation method and basic performance of NSC/OHA hydrogel hemostatic materials adopted in this study,the application effect of NSC/OHA hydrogel hemostatic materials in abdominal tumor surgery patients was reviewed.The patients were compared with those who used traditional suture to stop bleeding.The results showed that NSC/OHA hydrogel hemostatic material had good adhesion and antibacterial ability.In terms of clinical practice,it was considered statistically superior to the conventional hemostasis group in terms of both postoperative bleeding and infection(P<0.05).This indicates that the NSC/OHA hydrogel hemostatic material used in this study can reduce the postoperative bleeding rate of patients undergoing tumor surgery,and has certain clinical application value.
