摘  要:基于磁共振与高频超声的颈椎重建用胶固化性能和拉剪强度性能要求的需要,以双酚A型环氧树脂和3种常温固化型胺类固化剂为主要原料,制备了3种不同组分的常温固化型胶粘剂,对比分析了胶粘剂的固化性能、室温拉剪强度和断口形貌。结果表明,随着固化温度的升高,3种胶粘剂的固化时间都呈现下降的趋势;在相同固化温度下,3种胶粘剂固化时间从小至大顺序依次为:胶粘剂1号、胶粘剂2号、胶粘剂3号,即胶粘剂1号的固化时间最短。随着固化温度升高,3种胶粘剂试样的拉剪强度平均值都呈逐渐上升的趋势;在相同固化温度下,3种胶粘剂试样的拉剪强度从大至小的顺序依次为:胶粘剂1号、胶粘剂2号、胶粘剂3号;弹性模量从大至小顺序依次为:胶粘剂1号、胶粘剂2号、胶粘剂3号;断后伸长率从小至大的顺序依次为:胶粘剂1号、胶粘剂2号、胶粘剂3号。虽然胶粘剂1号的固化时间最短,但其拉剪强度平均值最低,推荐重建用常温固化型胶粘剂使用胶粘剂3号。Based on the requirements of the curing performance and tensile and shear strength of the adhesive used for cervical reconstruction using magnetic resonance and high-frequency ultrasound for,taking bisphenol A epoxy resin and three kinds of room temperature curing amine curing agents as the main raw materials,three kinds of room temperature curing adhesives for cervical reconstruction were prepared,and the curing properties,room temperature tensile shear strength and fracture morphology of the adhesives were compared and analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of curing temperature,the curing time of adhesive 1,adhesive 2 and adhesive 3 showed a downward trend;At the same curing temperature,the order of curing time from small to large was:adhesive 1<adhesive 2<adhesive 3,that was,adhesive 1 had the shortest curing time under three curing temperatures.With the increase of curing temperature,the average values of tensile and shear strength of adhesive No.1,adhesive No.2 and adhesive No.3 all showed a gradual upward trend.At the same curing temperature,the order of the average values of tensile and shear strength of adhesive samples for cervical reconstruction was:adhesive No.1<adhesive No.2<adhesive No.3.The order of elastic modulus from large to smallwas:adhesive 1>adhesive 2>adhesive 3,and the order of elongation after fracture from small to large was:adhesive 1<adhesive 2<adhesive 3.Although the curing time of adhesive No.1was the shortest,the average value of tensile and shear strength of adhesive No.3 was the lowest.It was recommended to use the normal-temperature curing adhesive for cervical reconstruction.
