摘  要:不同黏度的骨粘固剂(骨水泥)是决定聚合材质特征的重要指标之一,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者在接受经皮椎体形成术(PVP)期间,填充骨黏固剂的黏度会直接影响其注入量、凝固效果及凝固分布等,进而对手术效果及预后产生影响。采用OSTEOPAL plus高黏度骨水泥填充作为观察组,OSTEOPAL V低黏度骨水泥填充作为对照组,探究不同黏度骨水泥在PVP中的渗透情况及相应护理对策,统计术后及骨水泥渗漏发生率。试验结果表明:使用不同黏度的骨水泥,主要分为低黏度普通骨水泥、高黏度骨水泥2种,前者的优点是弥散性好;但凝固黏丝效果及生物力学特性较差,渗漏发生率较高。使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮高黏度骨水泥发生骨水泥渗发生率为14.29%,显著低于聚乙烯吡咯烷酮低黏度骨水泥发生率30.61%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮高黏度骨水泥在OVCF患者实施PVP手术可降低骨水泥渗漏及其他并发症发生率,操作简单。The viscosity of bone cement is one of the important indicators determining the material characteristics of bone cement.During percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF),the viscosity of the filled bone cement directly affects its injection volume,coagulation effect,and coagulation distribution,thereby affecting the surgical effect and prognosis.In this study,OSTEOPAL plus high viscosity bone cement filling was used as the observation group,and OSTEOPAL V low viscosity bone cement filling was used as the control group.The permeability of different viscosity bone cement in PVP and corresponding nursing strategies were explored,and the incidence of postoperative and bone cement leakage was statistically analyzed.The experimental results show that bone cement with different viscosities can be mainly divided into two types:low viscosity ordinary bone cement and high viscosity bone cement.The former has the advantage of good dispersibility;However,the coagulation adhesion effect and biomechanical properties are poor,and the incidence of leakage is high.The incidence of bone cement infiltration using polyethylene pyrrolidone high viscosity bone cement was 14.29%,significantly lower than the incidence of polyethylene pyrrolidone low viscosity bone cement of 30.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of polyvinyl pyrrolidone high viscosity bone cement in PVP surgery for OVCF patients can reduce the incidence of bone cement leakage and other complications,and the operation is simple.
