摘　　要：超表面通过亚波长尺寸结构组成单元引起的突变在波长量级的厚度内实现入射光的高效调控,在虚拟现实、波束赋形、超分辨成像等方面受到广泛专注。使用VirtualLab Fusion软件的建模仿真分析完成基于人工微结构的器件设计,以超透镜为例分析亚波长矩形结构对入射光造成的相位突变与振幅调制、结合聚焦光束所需相位分布得到具有指定焦距的超表面结构。通过实际案例将研究热点引入教学课堂,并对其中涉及的光学问题进行逐层分析,利用亚波长结构的微观响应与透镜的宏观分析进一步强化学生对几何光学与物理光学之间联系与区别认知,并为后续相关光场调控与传播仿真计算在实际问题的解决方面奠定理论基础。Metasurface is capable of modulating the incident light at thickness of wavelength scale due to the abnormal light filed interaction with the subwavelength subcomponent,which has a wide application in virtual reality,beam shaping,super-resolution imaging etc.The VirtualLab Fusion software is adopted to design artifical microstructures-based devices.By analyzing the phase delay and transmission amplitude in dependance on the orientation angle of the nanofin,and the relationship between the phase distribution and focal length,a metalens with designed focal length could be obtained.In the meanwhile,the understanding of the geometrical optics with the physical optics could be emphasized during the design studies step by step through the comparison between a metalens and a typical dielectric lens,and lay a theoretical foundation for solving practical problems in the follow-up related light field control and propagation simulation calculation.
