摘　　要：中欧班列的开通运行和快速发展,极大地促进了中欧国际贸易往来。面对新形势下我国外部经济环境的变化和国际贸易出现的新格局,要保持中欧班列运营规模和提升效益成为当前急需研究的课题,其中枢纽节点建设是提高中欧班列运营效率和效益的关键。兰州是中欧班列规划的重要枢纽节点,为了更好地发挥其节点集散的作用,分析兰州枢纽节点开行中欧班列的现状及发展潜力,并结合其他枢纽集结中心发展现状,分析兰州枢纽节点建设的影响因素,提出打造中欧班列重要通道节点、打造中欧班列中转集疏枢纽、建设中欧班列物流商贸交易平台、提供智慧管理服务等建设策略,为兰州打造中欧班列重要的集结、中转枢纽和分拨中心,提升中欧班列运行品质提供经验借鉴。The operation and rapid development of China Railway Express have greatly promoted international trade between China and Europe.In the face of the profound changes in the external economic environment and the new pattern of international trade under the new situation,it has become an urgent task to maintain the operation scale and improve the benefits of China Railway Express.The construction of hub nodes is the key to improving the operation efficiency and benefits of China Railway Express.Lanzhou is an important hub node in the planning of China Railway Express,whose role of node gathering and distribution should be better played.To this end,the status quo and development potential of China Railway Express operating at the Lanzhou hub node were analyzed,and the influencing factors in the construction of the Lanzhou hub node were analyzed in combination with the development status of other hub gathering centers.After that,construction strategies were put forward,such as building important passageway nodes,transfer and distribution hubs,a logistics trading platform of China Railway Express and providing intelligent management services for China Railway Express.The research results can provide experience and references for Lanzhou to build an important assembly,transfer hub,and distribution center for China Railway Express and improve the operation quality of China Railway Express.
