我国有关信息不平等研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]近年来,信息不平等是图书情报学领域非常关心的一个研究议题,本文旨在梳理国内信息不平等研究进展,为今后的信息不平等研究提供方向指引。[方法/过程]以中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)为数据来源,以2000-2020年间信息不平等研究的554条CSSCI来源论文为研究样本,运用文献计量和共词分析法,利用Excel、Sati、Node XL工具进行统计分析,将国内近20年的信息不平等研究的热点、作者、发文情况和期刊分布进行可视化呈现。[结果/结论]国内信息不平等研究存在四大研究热点:信息技术与数字鸿沟、信息分化与信息贫困、社群信息与数字包容、信息化与信息产业。认为我国应该从投资边缘社群电信基础设施、重视弱势群体的信息服务和教育、针对特殊群体开展个性化信息服务这三个方面制定措施改善信息不平等。[Purpose/significance]In recent years,information inequality is a research topic of great concern in the field of library and information science.This paper aims to sort out the research progress of information inequality in China,and provide directions for future research on information inequality.[Method/process]Taking the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI)as the data source and 554 CSSCI source papers on information inequality research from 2000 to 2020 as the research sample,the statistical analysis is carried out by using the methods of literature metrology and co-word analysis.And the tools of Excel,Sati and NodeXL are used for visualizing the hotspots,authors,publication status and journal distribution of domestic information inequality research in the past 20 years.[Result/conclusion]There are four research hotspots in the research of information inequality in China:information technology and digital divide,information differentiation and information poverty,community information and digital inclusion,informatization and information industry.It is believed that China should formulate measures improve information inequality from three aspects:investing in telecommunication infrastructure for marginalized communities,focusing on information services and education for disadvantaged groups,and developing personalized information services for special groups.
