摘 要:为了在某集中供应压缩空气站实现新建四台并联布置的离心式压缩机组联合运行,提出以无关坐标系为防喘控制基础,通过设立统一的防喘裕度(DEV)进行负荷分配控制的方案。基于某DCS厂家NT6000平台为控制系统,以此实现集中供应压缩空气站负荷控制,压缩机组并联控制,压缩机一键启停、防喘、保护,辅助系统控制等功能。经过工程实践表明,该设计方案下出口母管压力控制平稳,各机组同时分担管线流量波动,并使喘振风险和能耗保持在最小状态。In order to realize jointed operation for four paralleled centrifugal compressor units in a centralized com⁃pressed air supply station,a scheme of load distribution control was proposed by establishing a unified anti⁃surge mar⁃gin(DEV)based on dimensionless coordinate system.Based on the NT6000 platform provided by DCS manufacturer,the load control,unit paralleled control,compressor one⁃click start and stop,anti⁃surge,protection,auxiliary system control and other functions were realized.Engineering practice indicated that pressure atoutlet of manifold was kept stable the fluctuation of pipeline was uniformly allocated by units,and the risk of surge and energy consumption were reduced to a minimum state.
