摘  要:为满足150 MW CFB锅炉SO_(2)超低排放要求,在保留原有炉后半干法脱硫系统基础上,对炉内喷钙脱硫系统进行优化改造,并根据改造后实际运行情况,对改造效果进行性能评价。结果表明:CFB锅炉可通过炉内喷钙脱硫与烟气半干法联合脱硫实现SO_(2)超低排放,具有良好的稳定性和调节灵活性;随着锅炉负荷的升高,炉膛内平均温度上升,炉内喷钙脱硫偏离高效脱硫区间,炉后半干法脱硫系统处于高效脱硫区间;低负荷时,应适当提高炉内喷钙脱硫系统所占脱硫比例;高负荷时,适当提高炉后半干法脱硫系统所占脱硫比例。To meet the demand of ultra⁃low emission of SO_(2) for 150MW CFB boiler,aretrofit on dry desulfurization system in furnacewas proposed,retaining the original semi⁃dry flue gas desulfurization system.According to actual oper⁃ation effect,the evaluation on retrofit was carried out.Results show that,the combination of calcium spray retrofit in furnace and semi⁃dry flue gas desulfurization system further lower and stabilize SO_(2) emission with regulation flexibility.With increase of boiler load,average temperature in furnace rise up,theperformance of dry desulfurization system grad⁃ually deviated from high efficiency range,and semi dry flue gas desulfurization reached to high efficiency range.At low boiler load,dry desulfurization plays dominant role while semi dry flue gas desulfurization plays dominat role at high boiler load.
