基于“心部于表”理论辨治放射性皮炎经验

摘　　要：放射性皮炎为放疗后常见并发症之一,临床治疗上多以外用为主,疗效局限。夏小军教授以“心部于表”理论为基础,分急、慢性辨证论治,治疗上采用凉血安神、养血活血二法分治,收到较好疗效。本文介绍“心部于表”理论内涵,并附验案,以供临床参考。Radioactive dermatitis is one of the common complications of the patients after radiotherapy.The clinical treatment for radioactive dermatitis is mainly through external therapy,and the efficacy is limited.Based on the theory of“heart governing the exterior”,Professor XIA Xiao-jun recommended the treatment for radioactive dermatitis by differentiating the acute stage and chronic period with the methods of cooling blood to calm the mind,nourishing blood and activating blood respectively,and satisfactory curative effects can be achieved.This article introduced the theoretical connotation of“heart governing the exterior”and a proven case was attached for clinical reference.
