摘 要:以阳江抽水蓄能电站水道高压固结灌浆为研究对象,系统设计了现场固结灌浆试验,研究了10 MPa超高压灌浆的可行性,并对灌浆参数进行了优化。试验结果表明:受岩体不均匀性影响,相同类别围岩的不同试验单元,高压水泥灌浆时的灌浆量差异显著,化学灌浆封堵水泥颗粒无法进入的微细裂隙是采取的必要措施;采用较高压力时的灌浆效果更优,灌浆孔入岩大于2 m段采用8 MPa~10 MPa压力水泥灌浆、再采用8 MPa压力原孔扫孔化学灌浆补强可行;Ⅱ、Ⅲ类围岩分别采用2.5 m和2.0 m排距合适;采用湿磨细水泥浆液与普通水泥灌浆相比,灌浆效果差别不明显。Based on 10 MPa consolidation grouting in high pressure tunnel of Yangjiang pumped-storage station,field test was done after systematic grouting test design to evaluate the feasibility and choose suitable parameters.The results are as follows.Because of the heterogeneity of rock mass,unit grouting amount of cement in test sections with same types of surrounding rock were significantly different and chemical grouting was necessary.Higher pressure could get better grouting effect,8 MPa~10 MPa pressure cement grouting for holes deeper than 2 m into surrounding rock and 8 MPa pressure chemical grouting was feasible.Row spacing with 2.5 m and 2.0 m was better for rock class II and III.Using OPC as grouting material was better than wet ground cement.
