摘 要:为提高溢流表孔坝段BIM设计的参数化和自动化程度,提高BIM属性与计算分析的集成度,达到提质增效的目标,利用CATIA平台的参数化技术和知识工程二次开发技术,研究溢流表孔按坝高分类的系列参数化模型库,配置常用堰头曲线及消能类型的参数化几何选型,满足对几何造型的需要。将常用水力学工程计算分析与BIM数据深度集成,实现“一模多用”。经工程案例验证,该技术可快速完成溢流表孔泄洪布置方案比选,得到技术可行、经济合理的泄洪规模方案,其设计效率相比传统的二维设计手段有明显提高。In order to improve the parameterization and automation of the BIM design of the overflow outlet,improve the integration of the BIM attribute and calculation analysis,and achieve the goal of improving quality and efficiency,the parameterization technology of the CATIA platform and the secondary development technology of knowledge engineering are used to develop the serial model library of the overflow outlet according to the dam height classification,and configure the parameterized geometric selection of the common weir head curve and energy dissipation type to meet the needs of geometric modeling.The common hydraulic engineering calculation and analysis are deeply integrated with BIM data to achieve“one model for multiple uses”.It is verified by engineering cases that this technology can quickly complete the comparison and selection of flood discharge layout schemes of overflow outlet,and obtain a technically feasible and economically reasonable flood discharge layout.Its design efficiency could be significantly improved compared with the traditional two-dimensional design method.
