摘 要:以丰宁抽水蓄能电站泄洪排沙洞为研究对象,针对典型洞段开展长期冲蚀作用下的衬砌结构受力分析与安全评价。根据巡检机器人获得的隧洞衬砌受到冲蚀情况,分析隧洞投入运行后累计7年的衬砌外水压力测数据变化规律,提出基于材料强度、结构配筋和承载力安全系数指标的衬砌结构安全评价方法,并利用该种方法对受长期冲蚀影响下的丰宁抽水蓄能电站排沙洞的围岩稳定性、衬砌结构受力特性和结构安全进行了分析和评价。结果表明:泄洪排沙洞运行的围岩稳定性可以得到保证;虽然长期运行条件下的衬砌结构安全程度有所降低,但仍然符合衬砌结构安全要求,泄洪排沙洞的结构安全仍有保证。相关研究可为受冲蚀作用影响的类似水工隧洞衬砌结构安全评价提供参考。Fengning Pumped-storage Power Station is taken as the research object,and the stress analysis and safety evaluation of the lining structure under long-term erosion are carried out for typical section of the flood discharge tunnel.Firstly,the erosion of the tunnel lining obtained by the inspection robot is analyzed,and then the variation law of the measured external water pressure of the lining for seven years after operation is analyzed.The safety evaluation method of the lining structure based on the safety factors of material strength,structural reinforcement and bearing capacity is proposed.Finally,the stability of surrounding rock,the mechanical characteristics of lining structure and the structural safety of hydraulic tunnel under the influence of long-term erosion are studied by numerical method.The results show that the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel can be guaranteed;although the safety degree of the lining structure under long-term operation conditions is reduced,it can still meet the safety requirements of the lining structure,and the structural safety of the studied tunnel is still guaranteed.The work can provide a reference for the safety evaluation of similar hydraulic tunnel lining structures affected by erosion.
