摘 要:利用MSWIBA与氢氧化钙-矿粉(GGBS)协同固化改良渣土,通过强度及浸出试验探究MSWIBA改良渣土的性能,采用XRD以及SEM-EDS对改良土进行微观表征。结果表明:掺入5%~10%的MSWIBA能改良渣土水稳性,有效降低渣土的液限;5%MSWIBA掺量的改良土具有较佳的应用效益,其水稳系数提高了16%、液限降低了5%,7 d无侧限抗压强度为1.95 MPa,符合路基填筑强度要求;改良土重金属浸出浓度均低于0.05 mg/L,符合Ⅲ类地下水以及Ⅱ类地表水的要求;MSWIBA改良土的主要水化产物为(N,C)-A-S-H以及钙矾石,强度和污染组分的稳定性均有提升,材料低碳经济,具有良好应用前景。MSWIBA was used to improve the spoil by synergistic curing with calcium hydroxide-granulated blast furnace slag powder(GGBS),and the performance of MSWIBA improved spoil was investigated by strength and leaching tests,and the improved soil was microscopically characterized by XRD and SEM-EDS.The results show that adding 5%~10%MSWIBA can improve the water stability of the spoil and reduce the liquid limit of the spoil effectively.The improved soil with 5%MSWIBA content has better application benefits,its water stability coefficient was increased by 16%,the liquid limit was reduced by 5%,the 7 d unconfined compressive strength was 1.95 MPa,which meets the requirements of subgrade filling strength.The leaching concentrations of heavy metals in the improved soil were all lower than 0.05 mg/L,which could meet the requirements of Class III groundwater and Class II surface water.The main hydration products of MSWIBA improved soil are(N,C)-A-S-H and ettringite.The stability of strength and pollution components have been improved.The material is low carbon economy and has good application prospects.
