摘  要:为研究钢板加固后陶粒混凝土梁的抗弯性能,对1片未加固的对比梁和3片厚度分别为0.5 mm、1.0 mm、1.5 mm的钢板粘贴加固梁进行抗弯试验。试验结果表明:与未加固陶粒混凝土梁对比,适筋条件下粘钢加固陶粒混凝土梁的开裂荷载、极限荷载最多分别能提高91.3%、39.5%;加固梁与未加固梁的破坏机理与破坏形态相同;钢筋与钢板的应变发展规律基本一致,钢筋与钢板协同作用效果较好,且钢筋应变表现出一定的滞后效应;随着粘钢厚度增加,钢板对陶粒混凝土梁裂缝的发展抑制效果越明显;普通混凝土粘梁钢加固抗弯正截面计算公式可用于粘钢加固陶粒混凝土梁的抗弯承载力计算。To analyze the flexural performance of ceramsite concrete beams reinforced with steel plate,one unreinforced beam and three beams reinforced respectively with 0.5 mm,1.0 mm and 1.5 mm thick steel plates were conducted for flexural tests.The results are as follows.Compared with unreinforced ceramsite concrete beam,the cracking load and ultimate load of ceramsite concrete beams strengthened with bonded steel plate under the condition of suitable reinforcement could increased by up to 91.3%and 39.5%,respectively.The damage mechanism and damage modes of them were same as that of unreinforced beam.The strain development law of steel rebars and steel plates was similar.There are clear synergistic effects.Besides,the strain of the rebars exhibited a certain hysteresis phenomenon.As the thickness of the steel plate increased,the inhibition effect of the steel plate on the development of cracks in ceramsite concrete beams was more obvious.The formula for calculating the flexural bearing capacity of the positive section of ordinary concrete after bonding steel was able to be used for the calculation of the flexural bearing capacity of ceramsite concrete beams strengthened with bonded steel.
