共同富裕视域下中国城乡融合水平差异及其收敛性

摘　　要：文章以共同富裕为视域构建城乡融合评价指标体系,测度2008—2020年中国城乡融合水平指数,运用核密度估计刻画了全国及四大区域城乡融合水平的时空差异特征,并利用空间面板收敛模型开展实证检验。研究发现,中国省际城乡融合水平总体明显提升且逐渐趋于聚集状态,但是也存在局部分化态势;中国省际城乡融合水平呈现空间正相关性,全国及东、中、西部地区表现出明显的绝对β和条件β收敛趋势,而东北地区呈现发散特征。鉴于此,建议优化城乡生产力布局、推动就地城镇化、健全农村公共服务、树立城乡共富典范,以此加速城乡融合、推动实现城乡共同富裕。By taking the perspective of common prosperity to build urban-rural integration evaluation index system,China Urbanrural Integration Level Index from 2008 to 2020 was measured,nuclear density estimation was used to describe the spatial and temporal differences of urban and rural integration level in China and the four major regions,and the spatial panel convergence model was used to carry out empirical inspection.It's found based on the study that the overall level of urban and rural integration in China has improved and tends to gather little by little,however,there is also a local differentiation situation;The level of inter-provincial urban-rural integration in China shows a positive spatial correlation,and the whole country and eastern,central and western regions show an obvious absolute β and conditional β convergence trend,while the northeast China shows divergent characteristics.In view of this,it is suggested to opti-mize the layout of urban and rural productive forces,promote local urbanization,improve rural public services,and set up a model of urban and rural common prosperity,so as to accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas and promote the realization of urban and rural common prosperity.
