摘 要:以污水处理厂剩余污泥为原料热解制备生物炭,采用此污泥基生物炭(SBC)活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)处理剩余污泥以强化溶胞。通过扫描电镜、比表面积及孔径分析仪和电子能谱仪对SBC表面理化性质进行了表征。探究了SBC与PMS投加比例和投加量对污泥溶胞的影响,并阐明强化溶胞机理。结果表明:SBC表面具有多个羰基催化PMS的活化位点,且SBC中含有可催化PMS分解产生SO_(4)^(-)·的Fe元素,具备活化PMS的潜能;SBC和PMS联用对促进污泥溶胞具有协同作用,协同因子为1.4;相比未处理、单独SBC处理和单独PMS处理,SBC和PMS联用处理在最优条件下(0.23 g SBC+0.49 g PMS)可使污泥溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)分别提高296%、280%和121%;SBC和PMS联用后,SO_(4)^(-)·、·OH和^(1)O_(2)等活性粒子产生量显著提高,从而促进了污泥溶胞。研究结果可为提升剩余污泥溶胞效率、实现污泥减量并提高污泥后续处理处置效率提供参考。Biochar was prepared by pyrolysis of waste activated sludge(WAS)from sewage treatment plants.The sludge based biochar(SBC)was utilized to activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)to treat the WAS,so as to enhance sludge lysis.The physicochemical properties of SBC surface were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,specific surface area and pore size analyzer and EDS.The effects of dosing ratio and dosing amount of SBC and PMS on sludge lysis were investigated,and the mechanism of enhanced lysis was elucidated.The results showed that there were many activation sites of carbonyl catalyzing PMS on the surface of SBC,and the iron element in SBC could catalyze the PMS decomposition to produce SO_(4)^(-)·,which had the potential to activate PMS in activating PMS.The combination of SBC and PMS showed a synergistic effect on promoting sludge lysis with a synergistic factor of 1.4.Compared with untreated,SBC alone and PMS alone under the optimal conditions(0.23 g SBC + 0.49 g PMS),the combined SBC and PMS treatment improved the soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD)of sludge by 296%,280% and 121%,respectively,compared with the blank,mono-SBC,and mono-PMS treatment.By combining PMS with SBC,the generation of active particles such as SO_(4)^(-)·,·OH and ^(1)O_2 were significantly increased,thus promoting the sludge lysis.The results could provide a reference for effectively improving the WAS cytolysis efficiency,realize sludge reduction and facilitate the subsequent disposal efficiency of WAS.
