摘 要:生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液膜浓缩液的全量化处理对垃圾焚烧发电厂的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义。以某垃圾焚烧发电厂为例,对渗滤液膜浓缩液的全量化处理工艺进行计算分析,结果表明:采用浓缩液膜减量法、回喷炉膛、浸没燃烧蒸发技术等方法的精细化组合,可实现浓缩液的低能耗、零排放,同时也实现了液、固、气三相零排放的目标。The full quantization treatment of leachate membrane concentrate in waste incineration power plants is of great significance to the environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits of waste incineration power plants.A waste incineration power plant was taken as an example,the full treatment process of leachate membrane concentrate was calculated and analyzed.The result showed that a refined combination of methods including reducing concentrate by membrane,spraying back into the incinerator,and submerged combustion evaporation technology could achieve low energy consumption and zero discharge of leachate membrane concentrates,and the goal of zero discharge of liquid,solid and gas could be achieved at the same time.
