摘  要:为了解BIM技术在建筑领域的发展脉络,以2010-2020年中国知网核心数据库的BIM主题相关文献为基础数据,利用CiteSpace软件从发文数量、作者机构和关键词等方面进行科学知识图谱分析,厘清BIM技术的研究热点和前沿趋势。结果表明:BIM文献发文数量整体呈现上升趋势,其中高校的专家学者是主要研究力量;在研究内容上,深化设计、碰撞检查、项目管理和施工模拟可视化技术是当前研究热点,钢结构、高层建筑和装配式建筑是目前重要的研究对象;建筑供应链、EPC模式、绿色建筑和全生命周期是未来BIM研究的发展方向。The research hot spots and cutting-edge trends of BIM technology was clarified,through the use of CiteSpace software to analyze scientifically the knowledge graph from aspects of number of publications,author organizations and keywords,based on BIM-related literature published in CNKI core database from 2010 to 2020,in order to understand the development of BIM technology in the construction field.The results show that the number of BIM literature publications is on the rise as a whole,and experts and scholars from universities and colleges are the main research forces;in terms of research content,the existing research hot spots are in-depth design,collision inspection,project management and construction simulation visualization technology.Currently the important research objects are steel structures,high-rise buildings and prefabricated buildings;the development directions of BIM research in the future are construction supply chains,EPC models,green buildings and the full life cycle.
