摘 要:酸性水汽提装置作为硫处理和回收的关键设备,易产生点蚀、局部均匀减薄以及结垢等腐蚀问题。针对典型酸性水汽提装置腐蚀特点,分析了装置各部位可能发生的腐蚀类型,对典型工艺装置的腐蚀流程进行了划分;分析研究了9套酸性水汽提装置在停工检修期间出现的设备腐蚀问题,确定腐蚀流程中的重点腐蚀设备,明确了典型设备腐蚀类型和腐蚀原因。从工艺、设备材质和管理等三方面提出防腐策略。As the key device for sulfur treatment and recovery,equipment in acidic water stripping unit was prone to erosion such as pitting,local uniform thinning and scaling.Based on the corrosion characteristics of typical acidic water stripping unit,possible corrosion mechanism was analyzed,and corrosion process was identified.Then corrosion of equipment in 9 sets of acidic water stripping units during shutdown and maintenance were studied,the key equipment in corrosion process was determined,and corrosion types and causes were clarified.Furthermore,anti-corrosion strategies were put forward from the aspects of process technology,material selection of equipment and corrosion management.
