后疫情时代促进大学生有效就业的现实路径研究

摘　　要：大学毕业生是我国最大的就业群体,研究大学生就业结果的影响因素并形成机制,有利于在职业准备期帮助大学生进行充分的就业准备,并在职场中取得长远发展。文章结合后疫情时代大学生面临的就业环境,从大学生就业心态、择业观念、求职技能、经验实力四个维度,针对河北大学工商学院2021届毕业生进行问卷调查,获取毕业生就业方面的想法,找出影响大学生就业的因素变化趋势,提出就业帮扶举措,助力大学生有效就业。College graduates are the largest employment group in China,and studying the factors influencing the employment outcomes of college students and forming mechanisms is conducive to helping college students make adequate employment preparation during the career preparation period and achieve long-term development in the workplace.Combining the employment environment faced by college students in the post-epidemic era,the article conducts a questionnaire survey for the 2021 graduates of Commerce and Industry Department of Hebei University from four dimensions,including college students’employment mindset,career selection concept,job-seeking skills and experience strength,to obtain graduates’ideas on employment,finds out the changing trends of factors affecting college student employment,and proposes employment assistance initiatives to facilitate the effective employment of college students.
