摘　　要：通过对过去两年烧结生产情况进行持续跟踪,对烧结矿质量变差的原因进行了分析,从设备维护方面找出改善点,原料的基础特性进行了研究,针对企业采购原料的特点,通过实验室,制定出合理的烧结配矿方案,结合设备改造,将实验室成果转化为工业化生产,取得了烧结矿质量改善的显著效果。By tracking the sintering production in the past two years,this paper analyzes the reasons for the deterioration of sinter quality,finds out the improvement points from the equipment maintenance,studies the basic characteristics of raw materials,develops a reasonable sintering ore blending optimization plan through laboratory,subject to raw materials purchase condition for the characteristics of raw materials purchased by enterprises.Combined with the equipment innovation,the laboratory test results were transformed into industrial production,and the sinter quality has been improved significantly.
